We were craving tacos and looked for a place local to us and came across this restaurant. It was clean and inviting and the gentleman at the counter was very friendly. The tacos were delicious, and they use homemade tortillas. They also have many Mexican dishes, and several different soups.
The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for good Mexican .
Update : I tried the tortas and they are amazing -

Food is a hit or miss. Mostly HITS. I notice consistency isn't their strongest point, but when they are hitting that sweet spot someone is bound to get their taste buds pregnant.
The hand made tortillas are God sent.
Don't forget to wear protection when entering this joint. -

Little gem Mexican restaurant.
We always order from Pena's tacos but they were closed so gave a try at El Mariachi Loco and was fire. This place was really really good I can probably say better then Pena's.
Ordered asada torta extra toast on bread they lacked on that but the toppings and the asada meat was flavorful good quality meat not chewy. One torta will get you full.
Ordered chicken torta also very flavorful and one torta will get you full.
Al Pastor tacos was also really good very good flavored marinated.
I will be back to try some burritos they also have a Vampiro have to try that next time. -

First time here and I really liked this little Mexican food restaurant! It kind of reminds me of a Rodeo Mexican Grill in Echo Park. It has (wet) burritos, tacos, enchiladas, menudo, fried fish, etc. and a salsa bar.
I got the fried fish and it was huge and very meaty on both sides. It also came with 3 flour or corn tortillas. I will def get this again!
The menudo was also good. The sauce they provide on the side is actually surprisingly spicy--and don't get me wrong, I love spicy... but this was SPICY. Hahaha so watch out. :)
They also give you chips and salsa for free while waiting for your meal. That's a total win for me. -

Traveling down foothill boulevard, hungry and tired, this is your spot. 7 bucks for a fully loaded carne asada burrito, the place is open till 11 and the food is great. The girl working the front was also super nice great service is always a plus. They give you a actual glass of water not a plastic cup, I came here thinking this place was going to be just another shady taco spot with decent quality meat. It surpassed my expectations, they have a salsa bar and spicy carrots and radishes, everything is fresh. This place is amazing, but dont take my word for it try it for yourself.
